Yes, absolutely! We can design your kitchen with just the room dimensions and information on the location of doors, radiators, and windows.

Do you offer a measurement service?

No, we don't offer a measurement service, but we provide a helpful guide that shows you how to measure your room accurately. All you need is a tape measure, a pen, and a pad.

Do you offer a design consultation service?

Yes, we offer a complimentary design consultation service to help you create the kitchen of your dreams.

Do you sell appliances?

Yes, we offer CDA appliances, a UK-based company known for great quality products at an excellent price. Additionally, we can supply other brands like NEFF and Bosch upon request.

Are your kitchens difficult to fit?

No, our kitchens are designed for easy installation. Any qualified builder will be able to fit them, reducing fitting costs since our cabinets arrive pre-assembled with doors already attached to the carcasses.

How many colours do you offer?

We offer a wide variety of colours and finishes, including gloss, matte, and woodgrain painted finishes. This gives our customers a vast selection of door and carcass colors to choose from

How quickly can you deliver my new kitchen?

We operate on a three-week order-to-delivery timeline, ensuring you receive your new kitchen promptly.

Do you offer an installation service?

While installation is not included in our pricing, we can recommend trusted fitters to assist with the installation of your new kitchen.

Do you offer a guarantee on your kitchens?

Yes, we offer a 15-year guarantee on all carcasses giving you the confidence you need.

Do you offer a design consultation service?

Yes. We provide a free, fully tailored design service using award-winning photorealistic 3D visualisations. This allows you to see exactly how your new kitchen will look and feel, helping you achieve the kitchen you’ve always wanted with complete confidence.

How long will it take to receive the first design?

Once you’ve sent us your measurements and preferences, we’ll create your fully tailored kitchen design and quote within 48 hours. If you’d like to explore alternatives or make any tweaks, we’ll turn around updated designs within 24 hours, keeping your project moving without delay.

How quickly can you deliver my new kitchen?

Our full order-to-delivery timescale is around three weeks. Every kitchen is made to order here in the UK using modern, efficient manufacturing methods, allowing us to deliver high-quality, pre-assembled units far faster than the industry-standard 6–12 weeks quoted elsewhere, without compromising on craftsmanship or finish.

Why is pre-assembled delivery better than flat pack?

Pre-assembled cabinets offer superior strength and make installation much quicker, easier, and often cheaper. Each unit is factory-built using a robust glue-and-dowel construction for long-lasting durability. Flat-pack units, by contrast, must be assembled on-site, which can add time, labour costs, and reduce precision over the long term.

Do you offer a guarantee on your kitchens?

Your kitchen is protected by our 15-year guarantee on all cabinets. In addition, all Blum hardware is covered by the manufacturer’s guarantee, giving you complete peace of mind for the long term.

Do you offer a clear cost breakdown for the components?

Absolutely. Transparency is central to our promise. Every quote includes a full, itemised breakdown covering cabinets, doors, finishes, accessories, and any appliances. You’ll always know exactly what you’re paying for, with full control over your budget from the outset.

What appliance brands can you supply?

We work with all major appliance brands, including Neff, Bosch, Siemens, Miele, Quooker, and many more. We also offer competitive pricing, allowing you to choose your preferred brands without needing to shop elsewhere.

Do I have to use your installation team, or can I use my own fitter?

The choice is entirely yours. We offer a complete installation service covering all associated works, but if you already have a trusted fitter, we’re more than happy to deliver your pre-assembled kitchen for them to install.

Is the installation process managed from start to finish?

Yes. If you select our installation service, we handle everything. This includes the initial site survey, removal of your existing kitchen, and full coordination of plumbing, electrics, tiling, plastering, and finishing touches. With one dedicated point of contact, you can enjoy a smooth, organised, and expertly managed installation experience.
